Private 80 Bedroom Hotel – Hertfordshire
Acting as Director of Sales for this privately owned hotel with a turnover in excess of £5.5 million. The role includes directing the business and managing the 11 members of the Sales Team and responsible for worldwide accounts valued at in excess of £1m.  Sell Sell Sell designs all the marketing material for the hotel, in the first year alone this saved the hotel over £100,000 in design fees.

22 Bedroom Hotel – Suffolk
The clients brief to us was simple - they needed a cost effective way of gaining sales expertise without employing a full time sales person. Sell Sell Sell has gained greater market share for this client and they are now, ahead of the competition in terms of proactively promoting there Hotel – it has seen a 17% growth in sales as a result of our activities.

112 Bedroom City Centre Hotel – Berkshire
The brief from this client was to work with the current sales manager. She had previously worked in a reactive sales role. Her new position was a proactive role so we took on a mentoring, coaching and a development plan with her.

100 Bedroom Hotel – Cambridgeshire
Within 7 days of the initial telephone call we had placed one of our Directors in  the hotel to manage it. The General Manager had left the business with just three days notice - we quickly undertook the management of the hotel, steadied the operation and assisted with the recruitment of a new Manager.  We worked alongside the new General Manager during the handover period to ensure a smooth transition for them.

Again this depends on your requirements.  Some clients employ us on a
short term basis to help with a specific requirement; others use us as their Director of Sales and Marketing – the choice is yours!

Our diverse and dynamic team includes a copy writer and designer who will undertake this work for you. Our business philosophy is that having 15 years of print and collateral design within the hospitality industry we understand the key elements of what sells your business.  We simply don’t agree with the excessive charges made by many design houses.  With this in mind we include design within our services and only charge you for the costs we incur.
